Larry Nelson, owner of Florence Antiques in Florence, Colorado recently found a Chinese Sedan Chair. It is circa 1833. It is meant for a Chinese Wedding. Donors are listed in calligraphy on the back of the chair. Early 1900 visitors to Hong Kong could be given rides in these sedan chairs. It was another form of transportation.
